It takes approximately 1-2 days for us to process your order. Expect an email within two days to let you know that your order is on its way!

SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 2 with Bring Sverige. It takes approximately 2-4 business days for them to deliver the package.
Shipping is always free!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Send us an email and please write why you want to make a return, and you will receive a return shipping label from us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@misou.se with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item.
